The centre is on London Road, Tonbridge opposite Old London Road and Dry Hill Road, next door but one to Eton Veterinary Hospital and backing on to Tonbridge School. London Road Tonbridge continues from the High Street and is the main B345 route from Tonbridge to Sevenoaks and London via Hildenborough.

It is within easy walk of the town centre and the railway station and is close to bus stops on main routes to and from Tonbridge. There is usually ample on-street parking nearby, though at busy times of the day, it can be take longer to find a space.
